How can I find a tutor?

There you will find 2 options:
  • Temporarily deactivation/Deactivation of your account without actually deleting it.
    > This option can be used if you already have got enough offers / contacts for the moment and you do not wish to receive any further suggestions at present.

  • Deletion/erasure of your user account.Please be aware that your account only can be deleted if there are no more open/active connections.
    > This option is appropriate if you (for example) have found a tutor without the help of this service.

    In order to clarify and/or close active connections please simply click on the link feedback required or give feedback within you user account.

    Notes: For students / tuition-seekers seekers only.
    1) Your account / posting will automatically be deleted after 2-3 months if there are no more active connection processes.
    2) Also if there is a feedback about a successful connection/hook-up your account will automatically be closed and deleted afterwards.

I would like to contact a specific tutor whom I have found in the search result list.


First of all it is necessary that you are registered. Inscription
You may enter the offerer's profile ID into the appropriate field at the registration form (preselection).

There you will find 2 options:
  • Check if the offerer (tutor) is listed in the listing of offers (suggestion list).

  • a) If not, please click on the SEARCH link and enter the ID of the desired tutor into the appropriate field. The tutor will be automatically saved in the suggestions listing and at the very moment he/she will be informed by email, textmessage, phone etc. about your request.
    If interested the tutor will get in touch with you by phone, email or textmessage.

  • b) Should the offerer/tutor have already been informed by email or phone you may relax and wait until he will contact you. In case he/she does not get in touch with you within 1-3 days or if you are in a hurry you may use our Premium-Service of which you will find a description at the suggestions list in your user account.

How can I cancel the Power-Membership?
 
  • Please enter your user account: S'identifier
    There you will find a link Cancel Power-Membership.

  • Or simply have a closer look at the email that you received from us.
    There you can find a direct link to the cancellation of the Power-Membership.
